This home retro style jersey was worn by “Johnny Hockey” during the second half of the 21-22 campaign. Gaudreau would wear this jersey for 30 games scoring 17 goals and adding 34 assists for 51 points. Some other highlights are listed at the end of this description. The jersey features lighter wear with the front showing some black markings in the waist area, a mark and loose thread on the Calgary “C” crest, and two small slices on the lower right hem. Most of these marks are photo-matched to various games. The left arm features lighter use with a couple of black marks in the elbow area and some very light board burns. The right arm has a long loose thread from the stitch coming apart on the underside of the arm, some black marks, and a nice board burn that has been reinforced from the inside with a heat sealed patch. The rear of the jersey shows even use with some light puckering to the rear numbers from washings, a few fabric pulls on the white and yellow stripes, and “Gaudreau” sewn on a matching red fabric nameplate in white on yellow twill. Inside, the neck tag indicates this gamer is a size 52. There are some light areas of pilling from the fight strap and pads. The original fight strap has “13” and “Set 2” written in black Sharpie. A heat applied Calgary Flames authentic game jersey patch remains on the inside back hem. A Flames LOA was included with this great shirt worn by one of the best players to ever come out of the Garden State.
